Belt Cleaners

Belt cleaners are used for the cleaning of the conveyor belt by removing dirt and adhering material.

Material accumulated below the return rollers can be a sign of a relatively dirty belt and, thus, of an insufficient belt cleaning system.

The cleaning of the conveyor system, the changing of conveyor rollers, and standstill time all cause additional costs many times higher than the costs of a good belt cleaner.
